עקרון הפעולה של אינדיקטורים לרישום טמפרטורה

הפונקציה הבסיסית של CelsiLabel ® תלויה בנקודת התכה (פעולה פיזית מוגדרת) של התרכובת הכימית, ולא על תגובה בין מרכיבים כימיים על מנת לתרגם את רמות הטמפרטורה לצורה גלוייה.

ישנם אינדיקטורים לרישום טמפרטורה אשר האינדיקציה שלהם מבוססים על תגובות כימיות של החומרים בשימוש. תגובות כימיות התלויות בטמפרטורה ובזמן החשיפה.

תיאור הפעולה של האינדיקטור

CelsiLabel ® מופעלים בנקודת ההיתוך של כימיקלים. נייר שחור "סופג" מכוסה בשכבת כימיקל לבן, הנייר השחור מוסתר מתחת לשכבה הלבנה ,אם השכבה הלבנה נמסה אז חומר הציפוי ייספג לתוך הנייר השחור שיהפוך לגלוי. העברת החומר היא בלתי הפיכה.

A visual indication (LED) displays when user-defined alarm parameters are exceeded at anytime, advising users that the monitored product may have been damaged and should be inspected immediately.

A mission file can be downloaded and emailed without the software installed. This enables customers to view the mission file immediately without waiting for the Dig-Shock XT to be returned. Mission Summary provides the start and end date of the mission, highest and lowest temperature, and the largest impacts on each axis during a journey.

Mission graphs provide a detailed report of each mission. This enables customers to view every single event during a journey.
